# Booking Term
• A package can only be confirmed by making a minimum of 10% of the booking amount of the invoice value, The travel company reserves the right to change the percentage as and when needed.
• For flight booking we need the whole flight fare to book the flight tickets.
• We strongly recommend speaking to a company representative at least once before making the online advance payment.
• After every payment, the Client gets payment confirmation mail or receipt within an hour after making the payment
• Hotel Confirmation voucher, you will get within 48hours after making the token payment
# Cancellation Policy for packages:
• If cancellation is made any time not less than 30 days prior to departure, 10000/- per person shall be deducted. (except ticket cancellation and Visa charges)
• Cancellations before 30 or more days prior to the date of arrival 25 % of the total invoice amount will be charged
• Cancellations before 30 to 25 days prior to the date of arrival 40 % of the total invoice amount will be charged
• In case of Undercancellation booking 100% amount will be charged.
• The same [ 100% ] will be applicable in case of NO SHOW by the client.
